The Approach
Ageing is a biological process, and it responds to biological input. The practice works at the cellular level first - biomarkers, inflammation, metabolic function, hormonal signalling, tissue quality - and treats the visible result as the downstream expression of that internal work, not as the goal itself.
The outcome is muscle-preserving, face-preserving and designed to be sustained. Clients are not asked to choose between looking well and being well.
