Peptides & Longevity at DR KANIA is delivered à la carte. Each visit is a £200 clinical consultation with Dr Kania — clinical review, protocol design or adjustment, prescription where indicated. Peptides, regenerative agents and laboratory panels are quoted and paid separately, and prescribed by our collaborating GPhC-registered independent prescriber pharmacists.

Two clean routes in: one for regenerative peptides - tissue repair, injury recovery, joint and connective-tissue integrity - and one for longevity and vitality - energy, cognition, resilience, biological ageing. Both are answered the same way: consult, measure where indicated, prescribe, review at the next visit. If a client wants continuous, coordinated care across all three disciplines rather than visit-by-visit, that sits inside Longevity Advisory on retainer.

Regenerative Peptides

Clinician-supervised longevity protocols for people who want their biology working — energy, recovery, cognition and resilience treated with the same rigour as their aesthetic care.

Four measurable domains — mitochondrial function, tissue repair and regeneration, cognitive and neurological resilience, and biological ageing markers. Read together, not in isolation. A single decision on one domain is almost always a decision affecting the others, and the plan is designed against that reality from the first consultation.

Panel-guided, cycled, reviewed. Longevity work here is not a fixed programme sold up front. It is a clinical conversation over time — starting with a reading of the client's biology, moving through cycled protocols that respond to what the data and the client are showing, and reviewed at each visit. The consultation is the constant. Everything else is designed against what shows up.
