Some doctors treat faces. Dr Ewa Kania, PhD designs how they age.
With a PhD in Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine, Dr Kania practises at the intersection of clinical science and aesthetic precision — creating bespoke regenerative protocols that restore, protect, and refine at the cellular level.
Her approach is biology-led and quietly intentional. Every treatment plan is designed around the architecture of your face, the biology of your skin, and the life you live. The goal is never to look different. It is to look unmistakably like yourself — rested, vital, and years ahead of your biology.

The Personal Note
I live with autoimmune disease. It has shaped everything about how I practise - my obsession with biology, my respect for what the body is already doing, and my refusal to override it with blunt interventions. I understand chronic health challenges from the inside, not just the textbook. When a client tells me their body doesn't respond the way it used to, I don't just hear it clinically. I feel it personally.
This is why I design protocols that work with your biology, not against it - and why I will never recommend something I wouldn't do to myself.
Philosophy
I say no as often as I say yes.
If a treatment won't serve you long-term, I won't offer it. If the timing isn't right, I'll tell you to wait. If what you're asking for would compromise the architecture of your face, I'll explain why and suggest what will actually work.
This is not a limitation. It is the standard. My clients - many of whom lead in industries where judgement is everything - come to me precisely because they trust I will protect their face the way they protect their reputation: with discipline, discretion, and an unwillingness to cut corners.
