Consultation Fee
A consultation fee of £200 is required to secure your appointment.
This fee is redeemable against treatments or products chosen within 2 months of the consultation date.
New patients are required to attend a consultation before treatment to ensure suitability and discuss goals.
Consultation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
New patients must complete medical history and consent forms prior to treatment.
Late arrivals may reduce treatment time; arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in loss of your appointment and deposit.
Review Appointments
Reviews must be booked 2–3 weeks after treatment.
Free reviews/top-ups are only valid within this timeframe.
Reviews may only be rescheduled twice and only for urgent reasons.
If the review is missed or delayed beyond 3 weeks, standard treatment charges will apply.
Cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to attend without notice will result in loss of your consultation fee.
We will always try to accommodate changes, but late arrivals or cancellations may affect your ability to rebook.
Payments
Payment is accepted by debit/credit card and cash.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Refunds are not offered for completed treatments or products.
Eligibility
We are unable to treat:
Under 18s (photo ID required).
Pregnant, breastfeeding, or lactating women.
Patients with clotting disorders, haemophilia, uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe healing disorders, or transmissible blood infections.
Patients with skin infections (eczema, rash, blisters) at treatment sites.
Patients currently taking medications such as Roaccutane or systemic steroids that thin the skin.
Patients who bruise excessively, are within 48 hours of long-haul travel, or scheduled for surgery within 4 weeks.
Patients undergoing chemotherapy/radiotherapy or within 50 days of completion.
Patients with recent epileptic seizures, severe allergies/anaphylaxis, or prior complications from filler/toxin treatments.
Treatment Information
Results vary depending on age, skin quality, lifestyle, metabolism, and genetics.
Longevity of wrinkle treatments is typically 3–4 months; dermal fillers last 6–12 months.
Some treatments require building results over multiple sessions.
Filler can usually be dissolved with hyaluronidase if required.
Aftercare
Mild swelling, redness, or bruising is common and usually resolves within days.
Avoid makeup for 12 hours, vigorous exercise for 48 hours, and extremes of heat/cold or sun exposure for 2 weeks.
Do not massage or rub treated areas for 2 days.
For lip fillers: swelling may worsen within 24 hours and then settle. Final results are best judged at 2 weeks.
Cold packs and Arnica may help reduce bruising or swelling.
Contact the clinic if you experience worsening redness, tenderness, or allergic symptoms.
Photography & Records
Before and after photographs are taken for insurance and medical documentation.
Images may be used for educational or marketing purposes only with your consent.
Results
We cannot guarantee universal outcomes.
Potential risks include bruising, swelling, tenderness, lumps, asymmetry, and in rare cases, vascular compromise.
By booking treatment, you acknowledge acceptance of these risks.
Refunds & Booking Terms
No refunds or complimentary corrections are offered once treatment is performed.
Adjustments require a new booking and will be charged at full cost.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
We reserve the right to decline treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
