Initial consultations with Dr Kania are £200. This covers her clinical time, history-taking, examination or biomarker review, and personalised planning. Aesthetic consultations are redeemable against treatment. Metabolic and longevity consultations are a clinical fee - medication and protocols are quoted and paid separately.

THE CONSULTATION
A consultation,
not a sales appointment
Dr Kania's consultation fee is £200. It is a paid clinical service in its own right - an assessment of medical history, examination, honest recommendation, and personalised planning. Whether the £200 is credited against what comes next depends on the type of care you're seeking.
For aesthetic consultations, the £200 is redeemable in full against any aesthetic treatment resulting from the consultation. For Metabolic Programme and Peptides & Longevity consultations, the £200 is a clinical fee for Dr Kania's prescribing time - medication and protocols are dispensed through our collaborating GPhC-registered prescriber pharmacists and are quoted and paid separately, in addition to the consultation fee. The same clinical rigour and honest recommendation apply either way - whether you proceed to a treatment, a programme, or nothing at all.

Facial and skin consultation
Facial architecture assessment, skin analysis, medical and treatment history, discussion of goals, honest recommendation. Treatment plan proposed with quoted prices. Any treatment is a separate decision, made in your own time.£200 ·30 minutes

Metabolic Programme consultation
Medical history, weight and body composition review, biomarker panel recommendation, discussion of programme suitability, protocol design. Medications and laboratory costs quoted separately.£200 · 30 minutes + medication
Clinical fee. Medication and laboratory panels are quoted and paid separately — the consultation fee is not redeemable against them. Follow-up consultations for dose adjustments and clinical review: £200 per session.

Peptides & Vitality consultation
Comprehensive health and lifestyle review, biomarker panel recommendation, longevity protocol discussion, interventions considered case-by-case. Panels and interventions quoted separately.
£200 · 30 minutes + protocol
Clinical fee. Peptide protocols and prescribed medication are quoted and paid separately, from £55 — the consultation fee is not redeemable against prescriptions. Sessions are 60 minutes to allow for full diagnostic history-taking.

THE PROCESS
This is an application, not a booking. Availability is decided by Dr Kania - not by a public calendar - and every applicant is read personally before any time is proposed.

Application Received
Every application — Advisory or consultation — reaches Dr Kania personally. Reviewed within three to five working days.

Personal Response
If your application is accepted, you will receive a personal reply from the practice with proposed times, a short pre-consultation questionnaire and, for consultations, payment details for the £200 clinical fee. Advisory applications proceed to an introductory call at no fee.

Introductory Call
London (12 Upper Wimpole Street) or Paris. In-person is preferred; video consultation available where circumstances require.

Next Steps
For Advisory applicants: an onboarding schedule. For consultation clients: a personalised plan with any treatments, medications or panels quoted separately.

Initial consultation: £200 across all streams. Follow-up consultations: £200 per session. Aesthetic consultation fees are redeemable against any treatment resulting from the consultation. Metabolic and longevity consultation fees are clinical fees — medication and protocols are quoted and paid separately, and the consultation fee is not redeemable against them. All consultation fees payable in advance of appointment.

Once a consultation time has been agreed, the following applies. More than 48 hours' notice: fee held as credit against a rescheduled appointment within 3 months. Less than 48 hours, or no-show: fee forfeited.
