Every treatment is prescribed after a clinical consultation, and every plan is designed around the individual. Prices below reflect single sessions and, where clinically indicated, multi-session courses.
Every plan starts with
a clinical consultation
New clients attend an initial consultation with Dr Kania before any treatment is prescribed. Medical history, suitability, clinical goals and personalised protocol design are covered in full before anything is booked. Every consultation is £200.
How that fee is treated depends on the type of care you're seeking.
Regenerative Aesthetics
£200
Redeemable against treatment.
For aesthetic consultations — injectables, biostimulators, laser, energy-based treatments and regenerative aesthetics — the £200 consultation fee is credited in full against the cost of any treatment you choose to book following the consultation.
Metabolic Programme
£200 + medication
Clinical fee. Medication quoted separately.
For GLP-1 and metabolic consultations, the £200 covers Dr Kania's clinical time — assessment, prescribing decision and protocol design. Medication and laboratory panels are dispensed by our collaborating GPhC-registered prescriber pharmacists and partner laboratories, and are quoted and paid separately. The consultation fee is not redeemable against medication.
Peptides & Longevity
£200 + Protocol
Clinical fee. Protocol quoted separately.
For peptide, longevity and hormonal consultations, the £200 covers Dr Kania's clinical time — medical history, prescribing decision and protocol design. Peptide protocols are dispensed by our collaborating GPhC-registered prescriber pharmacists and are quoted and paid separately, from £55. The consultation fee is not redeemable against prescriptions.

Peptide and GLP-1 therapy is prescribed on a case-by-case basis after a full clinical consultation, medical history review and, where indicated, laboratory work through our partner laboratories. The specific molecule, dose and duration are matched to the individual's clinical picture, not selected from a menu.
